The ED-500 Series "rim type" exit device is suitable for hollow metal doors and wood doors where there is no projection on the surface of the door. This door hardware is appropriate for heavy duty commercial and industrial applications. With its UL fire safety rating, this door hardware is non-handed and able to be used for both right-hand and left-hand doors. These door handles come available in AL, DU, US3, and US32D finishes.
