This offset arm was made to go with our overhead concealed 7000 Series door closers. This closer accessory comes as a set with arm and track with an adjustable spring loaded backstop. The offset arms are for single acting doors only, and must be offset hung (versus the standard center hung.) When installing, the door must have a cutout to fit both the concealed closer and the additional arm. We offer both a standard 7/8" offset arm, as well as an arm specifically for 5/8" deep rails. The track length with this combination is 12-15/16 inches and has a width of 1-1/4 inches. Our offset arms are available only in a silver finish.
