  • Refund Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as: 
        • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. 
        • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to customer error.

        Shipping Costs: 

        • Returning the Item: You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount. 
        • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the delivery of the replacement item.
